Certi-label® Western Cedar shingles and shakes are the ideal exterior wall cladding for new construction and remodeling. They are primarily used for sidewall applications.

Maibec Stave Lake Cedar Mills has developed a primer exclusively for their own production. This proprietary oil primer far exceeds anything else available in the primed, boxed market. It is solid oil with low VOCs that covers the shingle to the point that you cannot see the grain. Our 18" #1 Grade (Blue Label) R&R Western Red Cedar Primed sidewall shingles are ready for solid stain or paint.
