Buy Online - Pick up In-Store

At Ring's End, we work a little harder so you don't have to. Our In-Store pickup is easy and convenient so you don't waste time waiting in a check out line. Our Buy Online and Pick Up in Store Program allows you to purchase items online and conveniently pick them up in the store. It's simple, just purchase your items, wait for your confirmation email and then pick them up at a Ring's End location of your choice. Remember to bring a photo ID and the bar-coded copy of your order receipt.

 

Shopping Cart Order online or over the phone and opt for In-Store Pickup at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

RE Email Icon You will receive another email once your order is ready for pickup, typically 2-4 hours for items that are in-stock at the chosen location. For items that must be transferred from another location, please allow 1-2 days.

Does Ring’s End offer In-Store and Curbside pickup for online orders?

Yes! Ring’s End is excited to offer free In-Store and Curbside pickup at all of our locations. You can now purchase in-stock items online or over the phone and pick them up at the store for no extra charge.


Are Pickup Lockers available at all Ring's End locations?

Contactless Pickup Lockers are only available at our MadisonOrange, and Wilton stores. You can request Pickup Lockers by calling those location when you place your order. Once you receive confirmation from Ring's End that your order is ready, use the information provided to safely retrieve products from your assigned locker. Locker Pickup is available 24/7.


Can I place an order for store pick at any location?

All public locations offer Inside or Curbside pickup. Please note, Ring’s End Paint Center location can only fulfill orders of merchandise found in those stores. For orders of merchandise found at Full-Service locations, you will need to pick-up at a Full-Service location. See our locations here.


How long does it take to fill a pickup order?

Our goal is to have orders fulfilled within 2 to 4 hours of being placed. There are instances with large orders and/or high order volume can impact this window. You will be notified via email when your order is ready.


When will I know my order is ready to be picked up?

Ring’s End will email you when the order you placed is ready for pickup. You should not come to pick it up prior to receiving that email. Order pickup is available during normal store operating hours.


What do I need to pick up my order?

We ask you to bring a copy of your emailed receipt when you come to pick up your order. This can be a hard copy or displayed on your cell phone.


If I am picking up an oversized order, will I have help loading it into my vehicle?

During the checkout process, you will be asked to specify your vehicle so your materials can be prepared for pickup. A Ring’s End associate(s) will provide assistance while loading your order into your vehicle.


How do I place a tax exempt order?
