Application: Temperatures should be maintained between 50–90°F and should not fall below 50°F within 24 hours of application. Do not apply if rain is expected within 12 hours. DO NOT USE OVER WATER-BASED PRODUCTS. Do not apply to glazed tile, marble, granite or other non-porous substrates. Do not use on concrete slabs with inadequately drained sub-grade, treated surfaces to be covered with concrete or plaster, and/or surfaces subject to hydrostatic water pressure. Do not thin or dilute. Do not apply in direct sunlight in high heat conditions. Do not apply if surface temperature is within 5°F of the dew point in the work area. Films applied above 6 mils wet could results in tiny bubbles dried in the film due to carbon dioxide gassing. If not stored in sealed containers coating may develop a thin skin on top.
Coverage: 250-400 sq. ft. per gallon using 1/4 in. roller at 4-6 mils, depending on surface porosity and application method. Second coat will render 50% greater coverage per gallon. Coverage rate can vary depending on the texture and porosity of the concrete
Dry Times: To Touch 30 minutes, Recoat in 6-8 hours, Foot Traffic 24 hours, Vehicle Traffic 48 hours, Full Cure 7 Days
Pot Life: 3 years
Mixing Ratio: Low speed drill and spiral mixing wand. Important: Hand mixing will produce inconsistent results and is not an approved method. DO NOT SHAKE. DO NOT THIN.
