Decorative Topcoat Flat is a Zero VOC, washable, clear coating that protects and resists water for interior and exterior walls. Ideal for usage on Romabio Classico Limewash, Velatura Mineralwash, Venetian Glaze, and Italian Slaked-Lime Plasters that creates a low sheen finish.

PREP Surface must be clean, dry, compact, and free of loose dirt or debris. DILUTION 1st Coat applied undiluted; 2nd – 3rd coat may dilute up to 10%. COATS 1-2 Coats for the interior; may need 3rd coat for exterior or horizontal surfaces. TOOLS Apply with a brush (synthetic bristles), roller (flocked, mohair, or with 6-8mm pile), or sprayer. DRY TIME 2 Hours. TOUCH UPS for the base product is not possible after application. Approximate coverage for 1 coat - 1 Liter/1 Quart: 130 - 150 sqft; 2.5 Liter/0.67 Gallon: 325 - 375 sqft.
