The industry's first and favorite vinyl-over-vinyl adhesive. It is a high-tack, low-moisture adhesive for applying new vinyl wallcovering over existing wallcovering. It applies easily with brush or roller. Coverage: 160 sq. Ft. Per gallon. High tack, low moisture paste for hanging new vinyl over existing vinyl. Provides maximum stick with excellent lip and open time. Eliminates priming and sizing.
