Seal-Krete® Poly-Shell™ 8000 utilizes the latest development in Polyaspartic coating technology and is the most durable coating available. Poly-Shell™ 8000 is 80% Solids Polyaspartic Floor Coating. It dries quickly and provides unparalleled rapid return to service. It is extremely resistant to heat (temps up to 350°F), UV rays, and a variety of harsh chemicals, including salt, oil, and gasoline. Poly-Shell 8000 is also flexible and allows for natural concrete movement without cracking or peeling, making this system ideal for either indoor or outdoor applications. NOTE: Must mix with Part A.

Dry Times: Recoat in a minimum 2 hours, maximum wait time to recoat 12 hours, Light Traffic 2-4 hours, Vehicle Traffice 24 hours, Full Cure 7 days
Pot Life: 35-40 minutes at 70-80°F and 50% Relative Humidity
Mixing Ratio: 1:1 (Part A to Part B, by volume), Must mix Part A & Part B together for 60-90 seconds with a low speed drill and spiral mixing wand. Must pre-mix prior to use. DO NOT hand mix.
Clean Up: Clean Tools and application equipment immediately after use with active solvent like xylene (in SCAQMD use acetone only). Clean spills or drips while still wet with solvent. Dried product will require mechanical abrasion for removal.
