A certified Ring's End salesperson will visit to evaluate your project, inspect your windows, identify problems, understand your priorities and budget, and provide design options tailored to your needs.
Order
You'll receive a detailed proposal from our team within 5 business days of your free consultation. Upon your acceptance of the project proposal, you will be provided with a formal Project Agreement and Sales Contract, after which we’ll assign an installer to your project. Your installer will contact you to schedule a review of your project specifications — and once the measurements are confirmed, the new windows will be ordered!
Installation
We’ll reach out to schedule delivery or installation of your new or replacement windows and doors as soon as your order arrives at our warehouse. Our installers are fully licensed and insured — and trained in manufacturer’s recommended installation methods in compliance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Ring’s End installers are registered Home Improvement Contractors in Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island, and are EPA Lead-Safe Certified Renovators.
