Graco's extended range of RAC X Low Pressure SwitchTips feature the patented SmartTip Technology with exclusive internal tip geometry to deliver the industry's best finish at low airless spray pressure.
Spray at up to 50% lower pressure with the Reverse-A-Clean (RAC) 517 Low Pressure (LP) RAC X SwitchTip. This low pressure tip produces a 10 to 12 inch fan pattern and has a 0.017 inch orifice. Reverse the SwitchTip to easily clear clogs.
NOTE: Graco updated this spray tips color from green to neon yellow in 2023.

Must be used with GRACO RAC X HandTite Tip Guard, G246215, Does not work with orange GRACO RAC IV HandTite Tip Guard. Works with any Graco airless sprayer. Residential, Commercial or Industrial, Cabinetry, Woodworking, Metal and Fine Finish Surfaces.
To Install:
- Make sure spray equipment is turned off
- Remove the old worn tip. Typically turning counter clockwise to release.
- Install new seal into spray tip guard
- Install new tip by aligning it with the opening of the tip guard.
- Check for proper fit
- Test the setup
- Adjust as needed
