Graco Airless Spray Fine Finish Low Pressure tips feature SmartTip Technology, Graco's exclusive internal tip geometry reduces the energy required to atomize your favorite paints, stains, and other materials – delivering a superior finish with less pressure.
Spray at up to 50% lower pressure with the Reverse-A-Clean (RAC) 208 Fine Finish Low Pressure (FFLP) RAC X SwitchTip. This fine finish tip produces a 4 to 6 inch fan pattern and a 0.008 inch orifice, ideal for thinner materials. Reverse the SwitchTip to easily clear clogs.

Must be used with GRACO RAC X HandTite Tip Guard, G246215, Does not work with orange GRACO RAC IV HandTite Tip Guard. Works with any Graco airless sprayer. Residential, Commercial or Industrial, Cabinetry, Woodworking, Metal and Fine Finish Surfaces.
To Install:
- Make sure spray equipment is turned off
- Remove the old worn tip. Typically turning counter clockwise to release.
- Install new seal into spray tip guard
- Install new tip by aligning it with the opening of the tip guard.
- Check for proper fit
- Test the setup
- Adjust as needed
