Natural lime plasters are Marmur Fine’s most suitable substrate, since the product reacts chemically with them, building up a unique body able to preserve the lime coating for a longer period of time. The thickness of this Venetian Plaster applied builds up a long-lasting and durable protection. Together with “Antiche Patine,” Marmur Fine Venetian plaster lends to soft, colored and if required, semi-transparent glazes. Mamur Fine is a perfect anti-mold agent. Lime-based trowel coating with marble powder for interiors and exteriors. Thanks to its versatility, Marmur Fine allows applicators several textures, depending on the techniques employed. Used for both exterior and interior surfaces.
NOTE: On-screen and printed color representations may vary from actual tinted paint colors.

Surface Preparation & Application: Primer recommended for the substrate. On a completely dry surface, apply one coat of Marmur Fine with a stainless steel trowel, with overlapping motions. Before it dries out, work the surface with a wet sponge trowel. Remove any imperfections and over-product. Wait for the surface to dry completely, then apply a second coat of Marmur Fine with a stainless steel trowel with overlapping motions. Before it completely dries, finish off the surface with a wet sponge trowel, obtaining a compact and rough surface at the same time. In order to obtain a semi-polished and compact effect, work the surface while still wet with using a stainless steel trowel. To improve the visual and tactile effect, it is recommended to keep the surface wet, compacting it until obtaining the desired effect. Different textures can be reached using specific tools and/or Patine, siloxane colour wash, properly diluted. Primer recommended.
