Skid-Tex Non-Skid Texture Additive, 1 lb.

Instructions for use:
Apply only when air, material, and surface temperatures are between 50-90ºF (10-32ºC) and the relative humidity is below 85%. In a clean, separate container, add Skid Tex to the paint, in a proportion of one pound to one gallon of paint. Add 1/2 cup of Skid Tex for one quart of paint. 1 lb. can be added to a whole gallon of paint, depending on level of anti-skid surface preferred. 

Mix thoroughly using a slotted paint paddle or mechanical agitator to ensure the additive is incorporated. Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes before applying. Stir occasionally to ensure good distribution of the mixture. Use a 3/8 in. to 3/4 in. nap roller and follow the manufacturer’s directions for paint application. If two coats of paint are used, Skid-Tex may be used in both coats. For high gloss finishes, use Skid Tex in the first coat only then apply a high gloss topcoat.

Clean Up:
Follow paint manufacturer’s directions for clean up and disposal.
